To get to Foothills Park from Dinah's Garden Hotel, turn right on El Camino Real from Dinah's parking lot. After approximately two miles, turn left at the light onto Page Mill Road. You will follow Page Mill Road for nearly eight miles. After you pass the entrance to I-280, Page Mill will start to get very curvy. The entrance to Foothills Park is on the right. Pull in next to the ranger station and let the ranger know that you are there for the Sjoblom pre-wedding barbecue. The ranger will check your name(s) against our guest list. If there are any problems, our cell phone number is 650-575-1882. Oak Grove picnic area is number seven on the map below. Basically, as you drive into the park, you will need to stay to the left each time the road forks. Oak Grove is the last picnic area on the right, followed by a big parking lot for barbecue attendees.
